Whilst hiding vegetables in your kids’ meals might seem like a smart way to get them eating their greens, what happens when they’re old enough to realise what’s going on? Or when they eat out of home? Instead, try tangible rewards such as adding stickers to a sticker chart or special coupons such as earning a play date each time they try a new food. Everyone likes to be rewarded for attempting something new, young or old!
